At Keyderma, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and handling of delivery-related issues.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- COD orders may require verification before dispatch
2. Shipping Timelines (India)
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping
- COD Orders: Additional ₹[30] COD handling charge may apply

4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp
- Customers are responsible for tracking and being available at the time of delivery
5. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts
- If unsuccessful, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
6. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
An order is marked RTO when it is returned back to our warehouse due to delivery failure.
Common Reasons for RTO
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer refused to accept the order
- Phone not reachable
6.1 RTO Handling
- Once an order is marked RTO, it will be returned to our warehouse
- Re-shipping will be done only after confirmation and additional shipping charges (if applicable)
6.2 RTO Charges
- In case of COD order refusal or non-delivery, Keyderma reserves the right to:
- Deduct or charge shipping & handling costs
- Restrict future COD orders
6.3 Repeat RTO Cases
Customers with repeated RTO history may face:
- Mandatory prepaid-only orders
- Temporary or permanent account restrictions
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond estimated timelines, please contact us
- If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier:
- A replacement or full refund will be provided
8. Damaged Delivery
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not accept the parcel if visibly tampered
- Record an unboxing video
- Report within 24–48 hours at support@keyderma.in
9. Address & Contact Accuracy
- Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details
- Keyderma is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information
10. Partial Deliveries
- In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages
- Each shipment will have separate tracking details
11. Serviceable Areas
- We ship across most locations in India
- Certain PIN codes may be restricted for COD or delivery
